There is a mandatory Resort fee of USD $24 per room per night. This is payable locally at the resort during check-in.

Please note: All guests checking in at this property must present a valid government-issued ID and major credit card upon arrival. A $350 pre-authorization charge will be applied to the guest's credit card, which covers any additional purchases such as spa treatments.

The area in which this hotel is located has been known to be affected by the natural phenomenon called 'Sargassum Seaweed'. If this occurs, the hotel work very hard to minimise the effects on the beach areas but swimming in the sea and some facilities may be affected. At times there may be visible presence of machinery in the affected areas to minimise the effects of the seaweed on the beach.

A mandatory Tourism Accommodation Fee of USD5.00 per person per night is not included in the rates and is payable locally direct to the hotel in resort. Prices are subject to change without notice. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from this charge.
