Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya

We have been advised of maintenance work to take place to Building 6 in Hacienda section of Hard Rock Riviera Maya. Starting  August 26 to October 17 2024, they will be updating the pipework in the building, paint and make general improvements to the rooms and our sky terraces. The whole building will be closed and screened from view to reduce the impact on our guests. The hours of operation are 0900-1800 daily. 

Hotels in Cancun/Riviera Maya/Playa Del Carmen/Tulum - A mandatory ecology tax of approximately MXN67.35(approximately USD3.50-USD4.00) per room per night is payable locally to the hotel on check in or check out. Charges are subject to change without notice.

Hotels in Los Cabos/Baja California - A mandatory ecology tax of approximately MXN37.90(approximately USD1.99-USD2.00) per room per night is payable locally to the hotel on check in or check out. Charges are subject to change without notice.
